"Prices weren’t really better"
I checked out originalsupplies.com thinking I might find better prices, but most of the stuff I looked at was about the same as other places, or even a bit higher. A couple things seemed decent at first, but after I compared it with that, it didn’t really feel like much of a deal.
Maybe it’s fine if you just need something fast and don’t want to keep looking around, but if you’re shopping mainly for price, I wasn’t too impressed. I expected more discounts or at least cheaper basics, and it just didn’t really land that way for me

"Trying to return my order was way more..."
Trying to return my order was way more frustrating than it needed to be. The replies were slow, the instructions weren’t very clear, and I had to keep following up just to get things moving. Really annoying experience overall.

"Something felt off"
I ordered some cartridges from originalsupplies.com they just didn’t seem legit. Weird. The packaging looked a little different from the ones I usually buy, and the print quality was poor pretty much right away. Disappointing. Maybe I just got a bad batch, but it made me uncomfortable enough that I don’t really trust ordering from them again. I tried reaching out for help too, but didn’t get much of a response. Nope.

"No response after reaching out twice"
I messaged them a couple of times and still haven’t heard anything back. It’s frustrating, honestly. I wasn’t expecting an instant reply or anything, but some kind of response would’ve been nice. Now I’m just left wondering if they even check their messages.

"Felt Totally Lost on This Site"
I felt like the site was working against me. I was just trying to find a few simple things, but somehow I kept getting turned around and couldn’t figure out where anything was. Maybe it’s just me, but it was frustrating feeling like I had to struggle so much to do something that should’ve been easy.

"Charged more than what I saw at checkout"
Ordering was straightforward, and the site seemed fine overall, but the total I saw at checkout wasn’t the amount that ended up being charged to my card. I reached out to support, but it took quite a while to hear back and I still didn’t get a clear explanation. It just left me not feeling very confident about the billing, so I probably won’t order from originalsupplies.com again

"Issue never really got sorted"
I had an issue with my order from originalsupplies.com and reached out thinking it would be straightforward to fix.
Support did reply at first, but after that it felt like I was stuck in a loop. They kept asking me to verify the same details over and over, even though I’d already sent everything they asked for. I kept explaining the situation and still never got a clear answer or a proper update.
In the end, nothing really got resolved and it felt like they were just hoping I’d get tired and drop it. Really frustrating experience.

"I placed my order and got a tracking..."
I placed my order and got a tracking number, but it barely moved at all and kept showing the same status for days. I wasn’t asking for anything complicated, just a basic update on where my package was, and somehow even that felt ignored.
I emailed them a few times, but the replies took forever and were mostly generic answers that didn’t actually tell me anything. Maybe the package will show up eventually, but the communication and tracking were really frustrating.

"Print quality was really disappointing"
I ordered from originalsupplies.com hoping the prints would come out like normal, but yeah, that did not happen. I was trying to print some stuff before heading out for errands, and somehow this turned into one of those annoying little problems that eats up your whole afternoon.
The pages had streaks all over, some faded patches, and the colors looked really off. I cleaned the printer, ran a few test pages, checked the settings, basically did all the usual troubleshooting while my coffee got cold on the desk, but nothing really changed.
i’m not happy with it. Maybe other people had better luck, but for me the print quality just wasn’t good at all, and I wouldn’t want to deal with this again.

"Not helpful at all"
I asked what I thought was a simple question, and it felt like I was just bothering the staff. The replies were short, really short, and they didn’t give me much to work with. I ended up having to figure everything out on my own anyway. Definitely wouldn’t use them again.

"Refund is taking longer than I expected"
Maybe it’s just me, but waiting weeks for a refund feels way too long. I’m still waiting and not very happy with the experience.

"Not worth the money for me"
felt disappointed with this, especially for the price. Expected it to feel a lot better quality-wise, but it just didn’t really seem to match what I paid.
Maybe other people would be fine with it, but for me it felt like poor value. Wouldn’t buy it again unless the price dropped a lot.

"Warranty Support Got Me Nowhere"
I tried getting help with my warranty claim and it was just a mess. They kept dodging the issue, kept giving me vague answers, and kept making it feel like I was going in circles. After two emails, they just stopped replying completely. No update, no real help, nothing. I kept waiting, kept checking my inbox, and still nothing. Frustrating experience

This just wasn’t it. It felt kinda cheap right out of the box, and after only a few uses it broke. For what I paid, I expected way better quality. Total bummer.

I tried this cartridge with my printer and it wasn’t compatible at all. Maybe it works for some models, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t assume it’ll fit just because it looks like the right one.

"Got the Wrong Items in My Order"
I ordered a few supplies from originalsupplies.com, and while the package did arrive on time, two of the items weren’t what I selected. So that was frustrating, to be honest. Customer service did eventually get back to me, which I appreciate, but it took longer than I would’ve liked. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect the items in my order to actually be correct

I tried placing an order, but the checkout kept freezing, and then it suddenly said my payment failed. But when I checked my bank, the charge was, like, pending anyway, so I had no idea if the order actually went through or not. There wasn’t any clear message or help on the page either, which was super frustrating. I eventually just gave up. i don’t think I’d use this site again.

I ordered toner because the site said it was available, but then I got an email saying it was actually out of stock. It also took a few days before I heard anything back, which was just really frustrating. If something isn’t ready to ship, the site shouldn’t make it look like it is
